]]> Ken is a highly experienced licensed engineer with nearly three decades of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, much of which was spent with Shell in upstream Oil & Gas both onshore and in deepwater offshore. His specialisations are in the fields of Business Performance Improvement, Asset Integrity Management, SURF, Operational Excellence, GHG/Energy Efficiency Management, Reliability, Maintenance and Safety Integrity, Operations Inputs to projects, Pre-start-up Audits and Safety Reviews, Operations Readiness and Commissioning.

Ken has also worked with a reliability engineering consultancy and a large upstream engineering contractor running the Maintenance & Operations business. He has held technical authority roles for Maintenance Systems in Shell projects in Nigeria. He had a long posting to Oman and has had several short stints in other Shell operations worldwide.

Ken is very involved in providing operational leadership for O&G MWS activities and Asset Integrity Management (AIM) activities for Nigeria in particular and West Africa in general.
